Course Fee Refunds
- Before Course Commencement: If a student withdraws 15 days before the start date, some portion of the paid fee will be refunded based on IIG Art Academy’s Refund Policy (subject to change in various time periods).
- After Course Commencement: No refunds will be issued once classes begin.
- Short-Term Workshops/Masterclasses: Fees for workshops, camps, or short-term programs are non-refundable.
Admission Cancellation
Admission may be cancelled by the academy in case of false information, misconduct, or non-payment of fees. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original mode of payment.
- Transaction charges, registration fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
Event Tickets
Tickets purchased for events, shows, or performances are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the academy.
